This is a Cantonese restaurant. We came here for dinner. Whilst the food was very presentable in any measure, I tended to say the dishes appeal to Australians who like Chinese food rather than Chinese.

It was on a Tuesday night and it was not very busy. Probably because of this, we received excellent service. The price was also very reasonable .

Short soup was regular and nothing really special. The pepper prawns were a little chewy for my liking and the staff were very blase and disinterested, although served promptly. Meals sizes were good and pricing was fair.

Dinner here was fine, but I wouldn't say it was better than any other Chinese Restaurant. I thought the waiter was a bit terse and rude. I chose Chicken & Corn Soup to start - this came lightning fast. It was slopped over the side of the bowl, which looked careless, so I worried that it would be greasy and awful, but it was fine. Hot and thick, quite tasty, with some real chicken. My main course was Szechuan King Prawns with a side of Steamed Greens. The prawns were good, served cleaned (unlike other places, who serve up whole ones - yuk) and cooked nicely tender with good spicy sauce. The greens were literally that - a dish of one type of steamed cabbage, but there was plenty and it was cooked just tender - tasted good, but with too much soy sauce so it made it a bit salty for my taste. On the whole is was a decent meal, no problems but I wouldn't rave over it.

Approximate cost: $25

We ate here before going to a Sydney Kings basketball game, so we wanted good food at a reasonable price and fast service.

They offered a set price meal of $18 per person for an entrée of spring roll and dim sim followed by main course of fried or boiled rice and 1 dish per person.

They also have full menu if you prefer.

There were 3 of us and we shared 3 dishes with rice and the entrée. Plenty of food, we couldn't eat it all - plus drinks for a total cost of $70.

Can't go wrong with this restaurant, it's clean with good food and fast service.
It's our new favourite in China Town

Approximate cost: $18

Went here with work for Dinner. There was a big group of 15 people. We decided to pick a set menu because there were so many of us. Service was good, but went they were bringing out the food, they spaced it out so you didn't realise more food was to come. That said the food was very nice and everyone was really full afterwards. Food came in very large portions we had lots left over. But great place. A very large restaurant even though the place was busy it didn't feel it was.

I had my 21st at this restuarant and the staff were amazingly helpful. I changed the numbers and table layout really last minute and they were totally fine with it. The food was excellent, came out quickly and was ample for the price.
A really great experience!

I went there for dinner twice when I was in Sydney and they never fail to disappoint. I love the duck dishes in Nine Dragons, they are delicious. Try the fried rice too. The portions are quite huge. The restaurant get pretty busy at night and service can get quite slow. I waited for quite a while before my food is served. The prices are quite comparable to restaurants in Haymarket.

Approximate cost: $23

Ive been on the lookout for some new Chinese restaurants to try out. This one sounds good and the large portions are a bonus.

The food is your standard chinese restaurant food, however the prices are fairly expensive, the singapore chilli mud crab was very tasty, however very expensive. We paid $95 for a very average sized crab less then 1kg.

Approximate cost: $25

Food was pretty good and there was fast service so I got my orders pretty quickly. The food is quite good for value and there is quite a nice atmosphere.

great yum cha , the large size of the restaurant means a huge variety of dishes - yum! Great for a big gathering - the more people, the more food you can try!
