3. Some furniture, including an expensive entertainment unit, was dismantled, and the legs were lost in transit.
4. The cost of the move was adjusted post-relocation due to a miscalculation by No Limits Removalists, raising concerns about their professionalism.
5. After submitting an insurance claim 14 days ago, we've encountered complete silence from No Limits Removalists, prompting us to engage NSW Fair Trading.

Caution is advised for anyone considering this company. Our heartbreak stems from the irreplaceable and damaged pieces, yet No Limits Removalists displayed a carefree attitude during the move and minimal responsiveness post-relocation. Their lack of acknowledgment, accountability, and progress is alarming, making this company untrustworthy with nonexistent support and service beyond the move.
