Two other roof plumbers advised the best way of fixing our noisy down pipe (when it rained, the dripping noise was constant and loud behind our bedroom wall) was to line it with rubber. Daniel—who was punctual to the minute—had other plans; he extended the metal pipe with silencing PVC pipe and directed it away from the wall. Problem solved promptly and professionally. Recommended without hesitation.
