Daniel was amazing. We were worried as our roof had a leak that led to a massive crack on our wall. He promptly agreed to come around on the same day as it was a bit of an emergency! He's so polite and friendly and such a professional too. He took photos of the affected roof areas to show us so that we understood exactly what the problems were. Daniel was on time , courteous , it was a very small job that could have turned into a big disaster and most tradies wouldn't bother with it but he turned up twice was done within 15 minutes each time and refused to accept payment for the repairs ! Given the horrid year we have had building a house surrounded by inexperienced, young apprentice plumbers it was such a relief to meet someone reliable , experienced and trustworthy will definitely be calling Daniel again for some other bits and pieces we have to do around the house.

Prompt replies and quote... Daniel did a fantastic job sealing our chimney with great attention to detail (ensured that the job didn't affect the look of the chimney). I suspect there are cheaper alternatives further out from the inner north, but felt it was important to support a local business.

After two other failed patchy roof plumbing jobs, it was fantastic to have Daniel's expertise finally fix my leaking roof. He explained clearly what was to be done, and was prompt and professional. Daniel responded to our leaky ceiling exactly when he said he would. Told my wife he'd send a text message at the end of his day once his schedule for the next day was planned out. He did that and arrived on time as planned. He quickly assessed the issues with our ceiling, explained the problem verbally and with pictures he'd taken whilst on our roof, outlined what the costs would be to fix it should we choose to go ahead and then proceeded to fix it then and there once I'd agreed.
