Had the porter house and they under did it had to wait so long before they corrected my order however they did compensate my frustration by not charging me for the meal and have done free chips salad

We've been to the Norwood Hotel several times and I consider their open steak sandwich to be one of the best I've had anywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful and the menu is varied and good value. I love their "Irish" room, and the area that has Irish styled shopfronts.

Met up with a few friends for a meal here recently, we chose the thursday night as it was $14.90 rump steak night. Everyone felt like steak so it was perfect. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, no chewy pieces (mine was overdone, but that is the way I prefer it). Our steaks came with chips and salad and the serving size was very generous. They also have meal deals for $14.90 on tuesday and wednesday. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, generous portions, delicious steak. We all left feeling very satisfied.
