End of lease cleaning was done extremely poorly. Carpet steam clean not done right. Bond got deducted!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Floors and carpets were soaked,taking days to dry. Oven,vents,light fittings and shower were not cleaned. Windows and front verandah were left wet and filthy plus many more faults.
They would not wait for me to view the property but drove off behind my back. Now they refuse to fix the problems and vehemently deny any wrong doing.
Please put it out there everyone and let's put these shonky workers out of business.

Tenants used this company to clean before moving out. The job was terrible. Too much water had been used and not vacuumed up leaving the carpets damp two days after cleaning - we now have mold to contend with. Nothing was cleaned - the stove and range hood had grease and fat still on them, the windows and fly screens still had cobwebs on them, the top of the blades on the fans were still that dusty you could write your name in the dust, there were cobwebs, dirt marks, texta and other marks on all the walls. The smell of wet carpet was overpowering and when confronted with this the cleaner could not smell anything. Agent and landlord not happy with the result.

Very unhappy customer here. Have used their service on 2nd of Jan 2018. It was end of lease cleaning where in their advertisement - "bond refund" was mentioned umpteen times. When the cleaners went out, I asked them about the guarantee that they offer and will they come back if my real estate agent finds a fault - the answer was yes, gullible me !

So, my realestate agent mentioned that there are two issues - walls and outside windows needs to be cleaned. I called them and the lady promptly reminded me of the quotation that she sent me and what all it includes and apparently it doesn't include wall cleaning and outside window. I asked them why did they promise bond refund cleaning and end of cleaning. The lady reminded me again about the quotation. I was even ready to pay but they were very unhelpful.

So unless you exactly know what end of lease cleaning your real estate agent is looking (that grubby spot at the top right hand corner of laundry), don't use their service. They will remind you of quotation and damn with end of leasing cleaning or your bond.

Guys showed up to my property walked in started speaking to each other in another language without even acknowledging me. They wandered around and then advised they wouldn't wipe the walls or clean the laundry floor (it had washing powder on it) or do the bathroom properly. When [redacted personal identifier] called me she was extremely rude and self righteous, spoke over me and told me to listen to her. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with! NEVER use them, they are cleaners that dont want to clean!

Terrible service, property wasn't cleaned properly - entire windows were missed, toilet wasn't cleaned properly, floors weren't mopped properly. When I followed up with photographic proof they didn't respond to my email, when I followed up again they simply responded with 'We don't give refunds' and they advised the cleaners would have re-attended the property if I'd contacted them within the guarantee period despite never asking for a refund! A little customer service could have gone a long way.

My previous tenants left the place very dirty. They have not cleaned Windows, blinds, or the oven.
My agent recommended RON max to me. They cleaned my oven brand new, cleaned my blinds with a steam clean machin unit good as new.

Avoid avoid avoid. They came in and 'cleaned' but the landlord came back to us with a huge list of things that hadn't been done properly.

They say they have a bond return guarantee but they don't do walls as part of their end of lease clean - what a joke. They also missed cleaning the kitchen sink and taps, the bathroom cupboard doors and the windowsills.

Would not recommend and will definitely never use again.

Cleaned the carpet and the house for 1.5 hours. I can't believe that they say that cleaning the wall isn't included, left the bath window open thus causing the area to get dirty again. Would not definitely use this service again.

Whoever the person who rang me complaining of my negative review, I will tell you one thing...We manage to remove the stain in the grout that you've told me needs to be replaced. Managed to remove the stain on the walls, clean the window sill that was left open (How dare telling us that we were the ones who left it open). Very dissatisfied with the house cleaning. The carpet cleaning is just fine but whoever cleaned our house needs to be told to do a better job. I have used other services before but this is the first time the I was really not happy with the service. One advice, never mention cleaning as a Full house without including the walls. Better to say selective house cleaning.

Does the job thoroughly and efficiently. My carpets were good as new in no time and the entire house is spotless. Most notably, the cleaning crew are on time and conducted themselves professionally.

Our thoughts are with the cleaner who tragically broke his leg and arm today in the act of cleaning a house. He acted with valour and courage in the course fulfilling his duty. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and the greater private-house cleaning community.

I used this company for carpet cleaning. They did a fantastic job! They are affordable, on time and very professional. They are now my preferred carpet cleaner and I wont go with anyone else as they do a great job.
