have many policies with nrma i feel they offer the same as all other insurance companys. only there service is faster and quicker. they may be a little dearer then others but when multi discounts are warded it is worth it.

Have a few policies,which saves me some money.Have had mostly good experiences,but last claim took a long time to process as the staff gave me a bit of a run around with a buildings and contents claim.Car claims have had no problems with though.

I signed up with NRMA and took advantage of their 21 day no payment policy and the option to cnacel if I did not want their service.

They did not want to offer me an agreed value for my 2004 Mazda, they wanted to give me way under the replacement value. WHich I agreed as I thought it would be a cheap insurance company.

During the cooling off period I found that real insurance would offer at an agreed value, and not charge extra for a hire car if I was involved in an acident, even though it was my fault.

I like NRMA but their deals need to improve, I switched and moved on to Real Insurance with a saving off over $200!

i have been using nrma insurance for 7 years now and i have never had a problem with them. recently i have been offered cheaper rates for being a loyal customer.
