I am with NRMA hopefully they will not increase their prices again this year. If they will, probably need to shop around.

I have my house and car insurances with Nrma and have done for years, we have claimed on the insurance a few times, and they have been really good at dealing with the paperwork and organising for the assessors to come out and then paying the claim etc. I wish that insurance cost less, but it really good when you need it.

make sure you list any high performance extras, or they may cancel your policy like they did with me

When I was at home & tried to start the car, the battery was flat and they came within half an hour to replace the battery with a 3-year guarantee.

NRMA seems to be very reliable when it comes to replacing car batteries.

We haven't had to claim on our NRMA policies yet but to date, we are very happy with the level of service provided. We are also thrilled with the prices as NRMA will beat other actual quotes by 10%.

So far it seems to be very easy to deal with NRMA and whenever I call, they are more than happy to give me all the information I need. Never have to wait long on the phone either. Very happy.

I have always had friendly and helpful service when I have phoned them for assistance. They also gave me a great deal when I joined them.

Have always had helpful service with NRMA, if you need to change something on your policy they are always prompt & know their products. Claims process was hassle free & more then happy to recommend them.

nrma is a great company to insure through. had to claim a couple of times in my 15 odd years with them. natural disaster damage to a house etc, they have been great. also i'm sure they now cover for flood damage.

I have been with NRMA for more than 15 years, and they have always been great, I have no intention of charging ny insurance at all. We have currently got car, house and contents insurance with NRMA, I did ring around last year before I renewed and found that they had the best prices, and as we have had to make a couple of claims in the past, I knew that they are good to deal with if something goes wrong. When I renewed our most recent insurance, they even sent us a $20 gift voucher for the supermarket!

I insure NRMA because a couple of my friends recommended it. Here is my experience from one of the NRMA branch. I went to the branch and I felt not every customer service staff seemed to be well trained, because one of the customer services staff was chatting to her colleague when she was servicing me, and I have found a mistake on my policy. I did not have enough understanding about what my policy were included.
