My experience with Motorserve Kotara was excellent!
My car had overheated in traffic and needed a new radiator and thermostat. At my request I was referred to the NRMA garage. Thank you Peter! ... NRMA Roadside Assist 816.
Trust is precious and at every stage I felt confident that my car was being well looked after.
Words such as professional and efficient come to mind. (There were many clients and cars to deal with.)
Also important ... I found the staff were approachable, patient and communicative even though they were very busy.
I did not meet the workshop team who were working on the cars but there was an air of serious commitment to service.
My thanks to George and Layton in the office, and Zoe on the switchboard. They took so much of the anxiety away from my problem and my 10 year old car is like new.

< Ethical. I quote from their own website. "We Offer Expert Service & Repairs at Value Prices" Was not impressed with $1200 quote to replace rocker cover on Excel to my uni student son. Thats more than car was worth. Priced genuine part at $300 and labour at less than 1 hour. Went with one from wrecker at $40- and installed ourselves. Believe their quote was completely less than ethical and disappointing use of supposed good brand. You can judge people like this from their actions and not their self promotion.

Was not impressed. Quoted me approx $260 for a part on my car. When I told them I would think about it, I was then charged $60 just for the diagnosis which I doubt took that long at all. I then went to my now regular mechanic who charged me $55 (FITTED) for actually fixing my car. I'd advise people to shop around because I couldn't believe the price difference.
