I visited the NSW School of Massage on the 15th September and I was very impressed by the whole experience. I’m not normally a big fan of massages but decided to accompany my husband who is a regular and assured me that the massages are excellent. The student who did my massage was outstanding. She listened carefully to the fact that I have a sore lower back and went to great lengths to ensure that she worked on that aspect, whilst checking in regularly that I was comfortable and not in pain. I was also happy to see that she spoke to her supervisor in depth about our discussion and followed his suggestions. The atmosphere was great, my masseuse was pleasant and professional and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be going back again.

Perhaps one of the worst customer service i have ever come across... I give the new south wales school of massage a one star. One star for its location one star for its surroundings, one star for the people who work there and one star because i didn't get a chance to even attend my seminar. ill start with customer service, the customer service was horrible and just made me sick the people on the other end of the line did not listen and blabbed on about how i mean absolutely nothing, i spoke with two people both were females and both seemed to have misunderstand nor any customer service skills, they talked to me as if i were a teenager in a very unmanned way, all i wanted to tell them was that i was having trouble finding parking for you see there is hardly any parking available on sight which they don't tell you until its too late. I drove for an hour looking for somewhere to park just so i could show up and give them a word of what I'm made of. i had just finished worked and looked forward to having a massage with a coworker but instead we were stood up and insulted...They wouldn't even place me onto any one higher up from them they were very immature and didn't take me serious. This has to be the worst experience i have ever had with a massage and god forbid anyone from attending massage, I could have really used that message but instead came home with a headache that could cause an earthquake. i wasn't refunded my money.

Very Good service. In the center of the city. And very inexpensive.
