I would definitely recommend to have a treatment with this clinic, all therapist are great, but Courtney is the best with excellent service, very satisfied

This salon is a treasure hidden in the Southern Suburbs but not to be underestimated! Fabulous staff, high end treatments and professional products. They are possibly a well kept secret for a reason! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a Lash Lift....no more eyelash curlers and a massive surprise when you use mascara! Highly recommend Erin, Mel & Team! They are all amazing!

Shop feels and looks clean. calm and relaxing in the rooms. Have had various skin treatments and been happy with all of them.

I drive half an hour to come and see Mel at light aesthetics! Since I started going there people comment on my eyebrows all the time! She does such a great job with everything, wouldn't mission it there from home otherwise!

As a frequent happy customer I thought I would ask Erin if she could donate to an event that is close to my heart "The Esther Foundation Annual Fundraiser event - The New Life Ball." Erin showed no hesitation to support the wonderful charity and generously gave gift vouchers to use on the fundraiser night.

I would also like to recognise Courtney who's been my beauty therapist. She is always so professional and makes my face feel amazing after my treatments.

I have also used "Scoopons" that I have purchased on line for this company. At some other places, I have had difficulty in booking a convenient time for me or felt like I have had a sub standard treatment, but when I went to book my "scoopon" here, I was treated respectfully and was able to book with ease. It was suggested I book all 3 treatment dates in advance so that I was able to choose a day and time that I wanted.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at your clinic. The service was excellent and the therapist (Courtney) that did my treatment was great.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Recommended products without the hard sell.

Hard sell doesn't work for me and instantly turns me off but recommendations and explanations without the hard push makes me interested and makes me consider and research a product.

I look forward to my further treatments and will be happy to recommend your clinic to family and friends.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend and even though it is over an hours drive to attend it is so worth it. The therapists are obviously knowledgeable and always recommend treatments and products with confidence but aren't pushy. I never feel like I'm just a "sale" and have experienced the therapist performing a different treatment to what was booked if it is a more suitable option even when it is a cheaper service. I began with IPL treatments and was very happy with the results and Melissa was great at explaining everything and making me feel at ease. The staff clearly love their jobs and the clinic they work out. Hygiene is obviously important. I know gave regular peels and Skin needling and have referred a lot of friends. I'll be forever loyal to this clinic

Always friendly and accommodating. Was understanding during bereavement and had to cancel at short notice. Very customer service orientated with great products.
