The father and son team of Mark and Daniel replaced the glass in two windows for me.

Their glass supplier had provided a type of glass that, as it turned out, did not match the glass in other windows in the same room, the bathroom. It was clear that On The Spot had got the glass that was supposed to match but it wasn't until after it was fitted that they noticed the discrepancy.

They then went out of the way to not only find a matching pane from another supplier but to return and replace it again free of charge. I am sure that others would simply have walked away at that point and moved on to another job.

Their quote was much more reasonable than the only other quote that I'd received.

Very friendly, prompt and easy to deal with. They also offered me advice on double glazing some windows in the apartment including an estimate of cost.

I would definitely use them again.
