The father and son team of Mark and Daniel replaced the glass in two windows for me.

Their glass supplier had provided a type of glass that, as it turned out, did not match the glass in other windows in the same room, the bathroom. It was clear that On The Spot had got the glass that was supposed to match but it wasn't until after it was fitted that they noticed the discrepancy.

They then went out of the way to not only find a matching pane from another supplier but to return and replace it again free of charge. I am sure that others would simply have walked away at that point and moved on to another job.

Their quote was much more reasonable than the only other quote that I'd received.

Very friendly, prompt and easy to deal with. They also offered me advice on double glazing some windows in the apartment including an estimate of cost.

I would definitely use them again.

The builder for my bathroom was using Corey and his team at Brady Tiling for the first time based on recommendations. I am sure that he will use them again having seen the quality of the work.
He and I were both surprised that the team led by Baz were able to complete all of the work on a bathroom, laundry and
toilet within two days but it certainly didn't impact the quality of the end product.

They had to verify with me a couple of the cuts that I preferred during the process and also checked my preference for trims and colour of grout.

They were careful with aligning tiles between the shower, floor and walls and cutting them to keep symmetry.

All in all they did an excellent job and I will be using them again for my kitchen too.
I am not sure about "Value" as Brady Tiling were used by my bathroom renovator and formed part of his remittance.

I received a quotation from Bath to Basics and although I didn't required the organisation for the work I was, nevertheless, impressed by their professionalism during the process. I would definitely contact them again if required.

"Less talk more action" is correct. I left two messages while trying to organise a quote and they must have been so busy they never got around to calling back.

I tried phoning a few times to try and organise a quote and left a message on the web-site. The phone was always off and I never received a reply to the message.

A dishwasher that works intermittently required repairing.
The first time Do-it All came the machine worked so it was serviced. After that it failed to complete a cycle. The second time the repairer didn't turn up. They claimed they didn't get an answer but I was at home all day and they never called and didn't try the phone. The third time he found a small leak which was fixed but still the machine hasn't completed a cycle.

I now need to get them again but the phone goes on hold and I can't get through before the phone dies.

They seem to be ok when they're here but the job just isn't getting done.

Moved about 30 boxes from one address to a new one with 2 flights of stairs at one end and 3 at the other...the upstairs end. Arrived on time, loaded up the van in no time. It took longer to unload but it was longer from the van to the new place, upstairs and the weather was getting warmer. Although the boxes weren't big it was a tough job for them, they admitted it, but not one complaint. Their attitude was excellent. My one gripe would be that there seemed to be a hidden cost at the end that I was expecting which was 'transport time'. I was charged 30 minutes for this but it was only 3 minutes between buildings so I assume that it was pre/after job tranfer time. Also, I thought that it was a bit cheeky to have "tip" on their sheet to be signed but I tipped anyway as they did a really good job without fuss.
