Extremely unprofessional reception. Rude and unhelpful.

Sat 16 Feb 2013, the front staff here is not helpful and behave very unprofessional. I told staff that I came here only for an injunction and it has been done weekly, my doctor advised me that I do not have to be queing in my case. I told the staff above and was laughing at me like I was telling a joke, and still made me waiting for more than an hour for one injuction only which only took doctor 3 mins to do it !! And this is third time I told staff as per my doctor's instruction. I am looking for another medical center where the front staff is more professional and helpful !
