Today I received correct information that was told to me via the Optus App.
I just wanted to know when my current plan expired and was told that plan was now obsolete and I would have to go to a new plan. After about 3 hours of messing about I went to my Optus store and Josh told me to leave it and not worry about it. It's bad enough if you get scammed by people you don't know but when it happens within a company you deal with well what can you say words fail me. Optus lift your standards of how you do business.
Got me a great deal on my iPhone which I have been happy with since signing the contract. The staff were very friendly and I will be back there towards then end of my contract
I found the staff were helpful, informative and willing to find me the best deal. Time will tell if all they have promised works out. Stay tuned for review 2 after I have been in the contract for a few months. The only disappointment was a 12 month warranty on a 24 month contract.

The sales person i had was great he listened to what i wanted in a phone and then recommended thatphone he thought would be good for my needs I went home with the phone he told me all about it and to me if i had any worries just to come back and he would help I left the store happy
