George and Gus were very helpful and kept me informed of the latest developments and jobs that would be done at all times. All the preparations, timing, process and workmanship was of the highest quality. Gus has a very good eye for detail and only 100% is good enough. We are very happy with our bathroom renovation by Origin Bathrooms. The job was done professionally and was well managed — finishing on time despite some unexpected finds after the demolition and isolating during the pandemic. George and Gus were wonderful to deal with - it is a family run business and it has a family feel to it. I am absolutely in love with our new bathroom and they made it all so easy.
We were away at the time and so the progress photos and constant communication were a real added bonus.
We also weren’t happy with something at the end and they worked to ensure it was sorted, and that we were happy with the finished product.
I would say it’s good to have some sort of an idea of what you want, colour, how big you want the bath, what kind of vanity etc they aren’t mind readers but they will make it happen whatever you want!

Avoid at all cost. Do not be influenced by the website. No real design service was provided for our project. Origin utilised a loose group of minimally supervised sub-contractors who were paid a per bathroom unit rate. This provided little to no incentive and absolutely no incentive to fix mistakes. Numerous faults such as a shower which fails to fully drain led to a financial settlement. Steer clear!
