George and Gus were wonderful to deal with - it is a family run business and it has a family feel to it. I am absolutely in love with our new bathroom and they made it all so easy.
We were away at the time and so the progress photos and constant communication were a real added bonus.
We also weren’t happy with something at the end and they worked to ensure it was sorted, and that we were happy with the finished product.
I would say it’s good to have some sort of an idea of what you want, colour, how big you want the bath, what kind of vanity etc they aren’t mind readers but they will make it happen whatever you want!
