Very professional, my flight was delayed and they still fit my cut in without any change to my salon experience. Kolji is an amazing stylist who dealt with my curly hair that hadn’t been cut in months. Even though I was late, he took his time, made me feel special and left me feeling fabulous.

I have a pixie cut. I went in to get the back of my pixie cut shortened, a slight undercut added at the back and the side that I keep around a 6 blade length just shortened ever so slightly and a little fade added.

She didn't shorten the part of the back that I wanted shortened. She did do the undercut but she took the undercut all the way around to the short side of my hair and left me with what can only be described as the work of a blind meth head. I wouldn't be surprised to find out she just walked in off the street and was pretending to be a hairdresser.

There was no fade. She used a one blade all the way up to above my ear and then left about an inch of hair just flopped at the top. But that hair wasn't even cut straight. There was a big divot out of it.

This haircut cost me $115. I was so devastated by it that the following day I went elsewhere to have it 'fixed' which it can't really be because she just shaved all the hair off. The only thing they were able to do was shorten, blend and neaten what was her attempt at a fade and then actually cut the back of my hair like I wanted. It's far neater now and they only charged me $35.

I also need to complain about how difficult it has been to reach the company in writing. I express myself far better in writing and wanted to add the picture I took to an email so that they could see the horrible work but the email address on their website bounced and when I tried messaging them through instagram I was told my request was denied.

I will obviously go back to the salon and complain in person but with the trauma I have already experienced due to this cut I would have loved to have avoided additional trauma by face to face confrontation.

I would like a full refund.

This lady named Brooke threw a hair straightener at me because I asked if she could blow dry my hair a certain way

My hair stylist, Brooke, put me in a choke hold whilst shaving my hair off. She then repeatedly told me I should start going to the gym because I’m apparently “built like mumma pig.” By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon, never again!

I feel completely swindled after I was charged an exorbitant $610 for a cut and colour last Friday. I figured I might try a place that may be a bit nicer than my usual hairdresser, however this was not the case. I usually pay under $150 for better service and results. I was left there waiting to be passed between staff for a 3 hour job, that ended up taking 6+ hours! I ended up walking away with a disappointing result that looked nothing like the picture shown. When it was all done and ready to pay, I was almost in tears, there’s no way a subpar shoulder length balayage and haircut costs more than my rent. I feel completely cheated and will be advising everyone to boycott this place.

My 16 yo daughter got a full head balayage today and hair came out perfect. Unfortunately it was horrendously expensive at a cost of $450 + $59 hair products!! Sadly I am now told Oscars are the most expensive hair saloon from friends and she could have got this for around $250!! Quite annoyed now but my daughter is happy and needless to say I don’t think we will be going back due to price!! Reduce your prices Oscars so it isn’t cost prohibitive for young ones
