This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. There was no after sales communication. My item was posted to me but they did not provide the tracking so I had no idea that it was coming. I was home when it was supposedly attempted to be delivered but no one came. As they didn’t provide me the tracking I had no idea it was at a depot for 5 days where I could have collected it and it was sent back to them. When I called up after I still had not received the item to find out what was going on they told me they received it back and that I would have to pay over $30 to have it posted again or if I wanted to have a refund they would take the original postage cost plus the return post cost deducted from my refund. Absolutely disgraceful because if they had provided the tracking in the first place I would have been able to collect from the depot and it would not have been sent back to them. They also gave the shipping company wrong phone details even though the number I provided them was correct so I also could not receive the text message alerts regarding my delivery. They refused to acknowledge any wrong doing and still insisted on charging me for all the extra delivery costs. After a few attempts at trying to talk to them about these issues over the phone the supposed customer service person became very aggressive and refused to listen to me then told me that he was taking the money from me and that is that. I told him that I’m not happy with that and he should not go ahead and he hung up on me. After a few more phone conversations where the same person and another person refused to listen to me and were only interested in talking down to me and even yelling at me they eventually initiated a full refund. I’m in shock over this experience and I hope no one else ever has to go through this so please stay away from this business.

what an excuse of a store, staff are amazing but the owners... Danny and Roxanne are street filth that snuk into the retail business and steal peoples money for a living!

Rude, arrogant, and never ever spend another dollar with the. Refuses refunds, so you must keep spending money with the ...... Who runs/owns the shop. Reason for return was not change of mind but found to be wiring problem but refused to give refund on new unopened fridge lead. Claims law is on his side in refusing refunds. There is more than one camping shop in the area. Most of the reviews are correct in saying read the reviews before shopping there. Will never ever walk through the door again and recommend you think carefully first before spending your money with this mob. Rating should be minus 5!

Pathetic service. Speaking to a young salesman. They quote a price. I confirm this several times through the conversation. Well, get to the till and told I can not have this price, that this is below their cost. I will not be back and urge other not to aswell. They may have lost a small amount on the transaction (something that they should honor seeing as that is what they quoted) and kept a customer. Now they have lost a customers return business for good. Go to BCF, just across the road. At least you know what to expect from them.

This shop has everything you need for camping and other outdoor activities. They also have things for waterplay like the stingray, and other inflatable things. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were even able to get one of the old heavy jaffle irons from here which we use all the time.
