Good prices. Thats if you get your order though. They tend to ship incredibly slow. They will only deal with you via email, in which they never respond. Pathetic service. They advertise express shipping on their website, yet from what I gather, it can take up to 7 business before they even think of shipping your order. I advise all to stay away. Good prices mean nothing if you get stuffed around and dont get you order. Check out other reviews. Barely a kind word. Wonder how they are still in business.

Go there sometimes. If you are purchasing food from the hotbox, be wary of the time it has been in there. I have purchased several times, with stale buns and brown lettuce. The burger section does not seem to be hot enough. However, if you order, I have never had any issues with the quality. Quite fast, hot and tasty. Just wish they would keep an eye on their holding times and throw out old stock.

I ordered an oven part from Geoff. The item arrived with fast friendly service. It was well packed and shipped within a day. Would highly recommend.

Pathetic service. Speaking to a young salesman. They quote a price. I confirm this several times through the conversation. Well, get to the till and told I can not have this price, that this is below their cost. I will not be back and urge other not to aswell. They may have lost a small amount on the transaction (something that they should honor seeing as that is what they quoted) and kept a customer. Now they have lost a customers return business for good. Go to BCF, just across the road. At least you know what to expect from them.

Cheap prices, thats about it. Very rude (if you can get served). I have spent alot of money with this business and will never be back. I am more happy to pay a higher price elsewhere and get decent service. This business should be ashamed of its practices. QLD Gun Exchange and Pine Rivers are good alternatives.

Very professional service. Had two knives sharpened with one re profiled. Fantastic results. Can not recommend highly enough. The only place in Brisbane that I have found that has this level of service and quality in workmanship. Unbeatable. Dont bother looking around, you will not find better. Excellent knife care advice too.
