I have been going to Oxhey and Bushey for several years. Earlier this year I had a terrible experience. I was sent a marketing letter from them that asked for feedback so I told them about my bad experience. They were great about it. They did everything they could to make it up to me. I hate complaining, preferring to just take my business elsewhere, but giving feedback was really worth it this time. I am back going to Oxhey and Bushey and happy to stick with them.

I've had my hair cut there 3 times now. First time was a young girl who was a bit inexperienced - the cut was OK but not up to my expectations. Next time I asked for a senior stylist and she was great, but she had left by the time I made my next appointment. Anyway, it's only been a few weeks but I'm pretty happy with my last cut there and will definitely go back.
