I cant thank Oz and his team enough for fixing our roof and ridge capping that was left in tatters by a previous company. Their attention to fine detail, communication and professional finish of our roof was unbelievable. The whole process went so smoothly. They were extremely friendly to deal with and we had complete trust in all the guys involved. Our roof was fully restored...all ridge caps were disassembled, re-bedded and re-capped after removing recent dodgy ridge capping that was installed on top of our original cracked concrete by another company the previous day...the finish of the ridge capping was unbelievable and completely turned our roof around from looking terrible to becoming a masterpiece. The terracotta tiles were pressure cleaned and then a magic glaze was applied to bring back the roofs natural beauty. It looks AMAZING! Upstairs is now so much cooler inside during the day also after Oz put in 3 whirlys as part of the deal....great value for money and as you don't do this thing every day I can easily say that you wont be disappointed with investing your money with Oz Pix. Oz added real value to our home and I stand in ore daily gazing at my roof before heading to work...I have nearly missed my train a few times. These guys are true tradesmen! I highly recommend Oz and his team. A1 craftsmanship, 5 stars all round for quality, service and value! If you are thinking of restoring your roof definitely get it done right the first time and get these boys to do it....you wont regret your decision at all!

Oz was very patient & co-operative with all my questions & explained everything to my complete satisfaction.I was undecided about colour I wanted so he gave me a few addresses that I could drive past & see how they looked on other houses which helped me decide on the colour I wanted. Oz and his guys came out to my house in Wattle Grove and completed a roof restoration a few months ago. From the moment I came into contact with this company I found them to be very polite and professional. The quote was extremely competitive. I was told that they would only be happy with the completed work if I was 100% happy with it. Thanks to the weather it only took them 2 days to complete. I was absolutely astounded by the job they did. It looked as though I had a new roof. I was so happy with their work.

Only the other day I noticed that some of my roof tiles had moved. I called Ozzie and he had a worker out that afternoon. How's that for customer service? They found that one of the batts under my tiles had come away creating a lack of support under the tiles. The roof was repaired with no issues.

A couple of weeks ago we had the guys from Oz Pix Discount Roof Restores to come and clear off and clean our roof. We were thrilled with the result.

Great service, great work would highly recommend this company. They were promp, explained the process of the work to be done clearly and in terms that you could understand and true to their word. Our new roof looks great.

We recently had our concrete tiled roof restored by Oz Pix as they had previously restored three houses in our street, eight or nine years ago, and were recommended by those owners.

Oz PIx turned up at the agreed time to provide a quote. They provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain in detail exactly what they would do, how long it would take and advised that payment was on completion of the job.

Oz Pix cleaned our roof on the agreed date and were to return the next day to complete the job. However, they were delayed due to bad weather.

On completion of the roof and prior to them leaving we pointed out some minor problems that needed fixing. We were pleasantly surprised that instead of trying to cover these up they also pointed out additional minor problems that would be fixed on another day after the roof had dried.

We contacted Oz Pix the next day to advise of the minor issues and to arrange for a date to carry out the repairs.

Due to more weather delays, which were out of the control of Oz Pix, and to ensure that the final product was delivered to the high standard of the company, instead of just repairing the minor problems with the existing finish, Oz Pix carried out a full respray of the roof.

We are extremely happy with all aspects of the service we received and would highly recommend Oz Pix for any roof restoration.
