Fan and hard disk of my TiVo had failed. Darren was very responsive to my inquiry, instructed me precisely how to fix the the former and sent a replacement for the latter. His instructions were perfectly clear and concise, so the whole action was a pleasure. Now I have my TiVo back!!!

Bend over backwards - very efficient service.

Gave extra information in case we could fix our problem before having to bring our unit to be fixed.

Updated us along the way of what was happening, what was found as the problem and when it would be fixed and when it would be available for pick up.

It may have just been a good day for excellent service, but if this guy is half this good all the time, he is still a legend.
