Have had concrete delivered a few times. You have to be prepared to wait around for them to arrive or sometimes they come much earlier!!! Driver is always friendly and helpful. Will order again from them next time. Have also ordered roses from their farm.

customer service is non excistent, delivery drivers are rude and dont follow instructions, trucks damage your front landscaping as they seem to be very careless.
Ask for help or for information and its treated like your asking for their first born, really need to lift their game.

Supply and delivery of garden rocks to our new retirement village villa was done promptly and with the rocks dropped off at a suitable area in our garden. Thanks guys, we will deal with you again.

Have bought exposed agg concrete, pavers, soil, sand, rocks (you name it, we've bought it!!) from this place. I've always found them very helpful, polite and friendly. Price is fair. Service has always been exceptional. Never had any problem with the quality of their stock. That's why I always go back to these guys whenever I need stuff for the garden/house.

Very good, on the phone helped with exactly what we wanted. delivery was spot on time, didnt dump and run, driver made sure we got what we wanted before unloading and then made sure it was unloaded in a place that was easy for us to move. Would use again no problems

The quality of the products are really good. The service with some members is good but others not so good. Value is quite reasonable. We purchased base soil, top soil, mulch & little stone/rocks. I love how they are open on the weekend & how quick they are to give you your product (we picked up in our trailer). However with the little stones/rocks we didn't know how much we would need so we asked if we didn't need them all could we please bring some back & get some money back - they said yes. So we were left with some so took it back and they said we cant except this it has mulch in it - this is actually how we got it from them as they use the same machine to pick up all their different products. Anyway they wouldn't except it but said if we had nowhere for it we were more than welcome to leave it with them - to obviously resell! Apart from that experience we have had no other problems with them.

I have ordered triple mix topsoil and stones from them on several occasions. The product is excellent and the prices reasonable. I found the delivery to be crazy for a 5 minute trip but otherwise was very happy.

I have ordered concrete from them and it was delivered as stated. The soil was the same. They also have a selection of rocks for garden and mulch as well. I find the delivery a bit expensive when it was a 2 minute drive for the truck and would like it in future if they could give a smaller time frame for delivery - and turn up in the time frame. But overall a good place to get gardening needs.
