They were here for only 45 minutes to steam clean, remove recent animal stain, and deodorise carpets in 2 rooms. One stain area was not touched at all and the general clean was poorly done .
All furniture to be moved had been removed for easy access prior to them doing the job. Deodorising did not work. Would not recommend at all.

Supply and delivery of garden rocks to our new retirement village villa was done promptly and with the rocks dropped off at a suitable area in our garden. Thanks guys, we will deal with you again.

Cameron was great to deal with and did a fantastic job in clearing away unwanted clay and replacing it with decent garden soil at our new retirement villa. I'd recommend him to anyone requiring similar work or landscaping a garden area.

Supply and installation of external sun blinds for our new home at Cardinia Waters retirement village. The quality and price of the blinds was fine, however the ordering and supply was horrendous. First the original order was lost in their system, then after re submitting the order, a delay of 2 weeks more was acceptable, but again the install did not happen. Each time I had to call Clarks to find out what was going on ( a bit of pro active follow up from Clarks would have been good). Finally a revised install date was agreed, but again no show by the installers. Again a phone call to Clarks needed before an assurance that the installers were on their way. Finally today, the blinds were installed Hooray.... Such a pity that their customer service is so poor...

Having just moved into new home, these guy's are my best friends at the moment, with lots of little jobs to do. The staff are extremely helpful in advising what to buy, and nothing is too much trouble e.g. cutting lengths of timber etc. They certainly give the big green shed people something to aspire to.

Their service was very good with prompt attention to quoting and followed up with installation of the glass at a time that fitted in with our schedule. A bit pricey but excellent service and workmanship.

Enterprise Removals were a pleasure to deal with from the initial booking through to the actual pick up and set down on moving day. Brian and Curtis were on the job on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done, with all of our treasured items safely relocated to our new home in great condition. I would not bother seeking any other removalist except for Enterprise in the future.. they are just fantastic...
