All of the yes's for this place. Food, service, prices. Everything is quality as! Definitely recommend.

Very good. Lots of delicious dishes to choose from not just the stereotypical high street favourites. I love how everything not only sounded great, it also looked and tasted good. The only drawbacks which they could work on to enhance the experience would be the noise factor (perhaps add some partitions to tone down noise levels, and speed up the service as we seemed to be waiting for longer than usual.

This is my second favourite restaurant in Richmond (Noi Thai is my favourite).
The reason I like it , is that its good for larger groups (think round tables), it has a lot of entree shared plate options(which I like), and the food is great. (Some of it, can be authentically spicy, so be warned)
The fit out is comfortable, service is good, and it also has a thai beer I like - its the one that comes in a bottle shaped like a buddha. Try that with your meal next time.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS THAI CUISINE! we went there in a group of 4 and enjoyed our meals, we all ordered different dishes. my personal favourite was the green curry, just the right amount of spice, friendly staff made evening very pleasant, highly recommended

Palm Sugar was a delightful place to go. The decor was stylish the atmosphere was relaxed.The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in regards to an allergy inquiry. The food was absolutely delicious and having a four course banquet for $40.00 was really good value. If you have this years entertainment book you get 25% of total bill (up to $30) making it terrific value. If you like Thai food I highly recommend going there.
