The decor is nice/quirky and food generally fine. Menu is slightly unbalanced in terms of variety, and at least one of the two times I've been my plate has arrived already cold. The perennial problem of 'not enough berries per pancake' appeared a bit also.

I have been dragged here a few times while on the way back from a scenic drive. The restaurant exterior is very nice, how special to be eating in a big, old train! Sadly their pancakes have disappointed me on every occasion. The quality of the produce and pancakes themselves makes this a place I would simply drive past in the future, not venturing in.

Pancakes in a train carriage. The idea is awesome. The reality not so much. Being a train carriage the dinning area is, to say the least, cramped. The pancakes themselves are great, the prices however are not.. The kids love it though, I mean who wouldn't want to eat pancakes in a train?! The novelty of this place is the only real enticing aspect, but somehow it manages to be enough.

The pancake train offers a large range of pancakes, both savory and sweet, along with an array of other meals. In the past I once ate here often, but have found in more recent times that the service and quality of the meals had gone somewhat downhill. I found the seating arrangements and layout, being in train carriage, to be really quite cramped. Outdoor seating is available however. The novelty of this restaurant is probably enough to make me want to return.

the pancake train is very unique there pancakes are so yummy . and i love the coffee and the organic cola. the scones with jam and cream are sooo good . the jazz music is great .

This is my absolute favourite place to go and eat, they have sweet and savoury pancakes and my favourite is apple and cinnamon pancakes YUM!
