The food is okay, and the prices aren't too bad but the service is quite long and the place is very crowded.

Wouldn't say the food here is authentic. The price they are is ridiculous and portions aren't even decent. Line to get in is always big too.

When my parents came over one night they insisted I cooked Malaysian food, which I had never cooked before so I took them to my favourite Malaysian Restraunt, PappaRich! They were extremely impressed with the quality and want to go back again soon.

Wanted something different instead of chinese so tried malaysian and it was really good. I loved all the differnt types they had on the menu and loved the noodles

Food is amazing, and prices are very reasonable. A true, authentic Malaysian dining experience at the best possible price. Food is served fresh and hot within 5 minutes, and service is impecable. The range of dishes is quite extensive, and the mix of mild and spicy is sure to please the whole family. The restaurant provides a range of soups, noodle and rice dishes, roti, satay chicken, multiple desserts and a vast range of hot and cold drinks. Whilst the atmosphere is relaxed and casual, the restaurant is always clean, proving a relaxing dining experience ina positive, enjoyable place. Located in Kingsway, Glen Waverley, Pappa Rich is an overall great restaurant. With other locations including Chadstone, Knox, QV and Doncaster, there's sure to be a Pappa Rich near you!

i love this place. the food is delicious the staff are friendly and the prices are quite cheap the only downside is hard to find parking on the weekend

cheap, good and flavourful food! even better than the ones they have from their home country, malaysia. always have long queue, especially during dinner time. but the food is really good so its definitely worth the wait!

My friend took me to this place for a casual dinner. When we arrived there was a short queue, which grew longer very quickly. I ordered flat rice noodle with sweet sauce and chicken. Food is good, nothing spectacular though. Price is fair. To me it's just another Asian cafe style dining place.

We were a bit worried to see a warning on the table saying the restaurant was new the staff may make errors

With the unique ordering (you write menu items on a pad, buzz the staff and they pick it up) it was hard for them to make many mistakes.

I ordered the bread with curry chicken and a biryani rice main. It was a bit much for me and was very nice.

My friends ordered the special drinks but were not impressed.

Overall it was a good experience and a little different but I would favour the traditional food cooked with more care taken
