best thai food we've had in a long time
will be regulars from now on

When it comes to "Thai food" and "cheap eat", Paradai Thai is on the top of my list. The food here is really reasonably priced and the portion size is quite huge and most importantly it's very tasty. I love "the red duck curry" and "Pad Thai" here. Believe it or not it's really hard to find a good "Pad Thai" in Melbourne but Paradai produces one of the best of this iconic Thai dish...at least in my book.
Their service however could be way too slow, especially when it's packed. You would find it hard to get their attention sometimes but from what I observe, I think all the girls work really hard and deserve some compliments about that.
To sum up, we still remain their regular customers because they are so good. My family this day go to Paradai on Mondays to avoid any food delay and any disappointments.

I have been to this restaurant about two times now.. I never had a bad meal or even bad experience...

All i can simply say.. the food is very tasty ..

Although, the service was a bit slow.. but i will still go there..

One late night we were starving and needed some quick and simple dinner. Most of the restaurants around carnegie were closing up and then we came accross this place. We could see the chef was still cooking. At first I was a bit hesitant because the place looked quite dodgy. But my hunger overcame the fear. We ordered pad thai and Basil mince pork on rice.The pad thai was slightly soggy and had very little meats. But the basi mince pork stir fry was tasty and authentic.

This place is brilliant. The food is cheap but really good. It is a great place for large groups of friends. It's rare to find such a reasonably priced restaurant around this side of town. I was pleasantly surprised.

food is fresh, delicious, and Costly. Portion size are small for my liking. i like one rice or noodle dish to fill me up, that doesn't happen here, so i go to Derby Thai

Food was okay. I tried their specialty on the menu which was the green curry but it was only satisfactory for the price paid and the amount of chicken was a little disappointing. Their other dishes were not too bad though.

We were hungry one night on our way to a friends house when we saw this little Thai place on the main shopping strip and the food was awesome. Great size serves, rich and value for money.

Situated in the heart of Carnegie is one a very reliable/consistent Thai Restaurant.

Don't be put off by the very basic looking restaurant, the food is exceptional.

They do take away and delivery for the local area.
