I was amazed with the staff's friendliness and courtesy towards myself and to my family. they were very prompt when driving to the airport. Picking up there was a little delay because of the parking issues with the airport's drop off and pick up points. Because of their courtesy and friendliness, they are getting my business once again.

I recently used Parking Port for a second time and would go back there again in a heartbeat. It's so easy to drop your car off, have it parked somewhere safe at really good rates, plus get driven to and from the airport - Marlene does a great job and I'd highly recommend her business to any friends I know that are looking for long or short term parking. parked out car here whilst on a quick week long holiday, it's always good to have that peace of mind in terms of safety and security with my car, and the free shuttle bus is definitely a big plus too

We have used these guys a number of times when flying interstate for a few days. They are always really reliable and on time in getting you to the airport, and picking you up and taking you back to your car. They are cheaper than lots of other places in the area, and it is such a hassle free experience. When you arrive back, you get door to door pick up and drop off right at your car, and off you go! No more shuttle buses at the airport for us!

We were originally booked in with another company, after arriving in Melbourne from Adelaide with a few hours til flying overseas, only to find the address all locked up with nothing there!
