I needed a place to park for 4 days in Mar 2012 and found Parking Port through great reviews on WOMO. Rates were the cheapest and confirmed by my recent experience, backed by sound reviews. Marlene and Craig who served us were friendly, attentive and flexible. The whole process from booking right through to the pick up from the airport was seamless.

I had some flight complications resulting in arriving a day later than planned, Marlene was flexible and charged a fair extra day's rate. No hassle, no penalty and certainly a pleasure to deal with.

i first used Parking Port by chance, finding them to be the cheapest on the internet. However, now i will not use any other company for my airport parking requirements. Not only is the price great but the service is the best. And best of all is the family feel of the business. Marlene is lovely and you feel like a friend is driving you to and from the airport. Excellent service and great price. We arrived earlier than our booked time, but they brought us to the airport straight away. On arrival back to airport we called arfter we were through customs annd they arrived to pick us up ten minutes later. Great value for money. Will definatley use again. Highly recommended.

We have been using Parking Port Airport Parking now since they were first open. We have several trips a year. We have always found them to be very reliable & professional. All the staff are very pleasant to deal with. They make you feal that you are important. Marlene always has a chat to find out how your trip was & has even given some helpful advice.

Left my car in their care for 5 days to travel interstate. They had the best customer service and were very reliable. I used a cudo voucher and got even better value.
