I was really impressed with Parties Online. After enquiring about the product, they sent me a photo of the exact item to confirm it was OK. Then it arrived from interstate 2 days later!! Excellent company to deal with. 10/10

The range is fantastic and the customer service was great. Unfortunately there were delivery issues- completely Star Trak's issues- but the staff were great trying to get it sorted and then promptly issuing a refund when the products arrived too late for my function. Would happily use Parties Online in the future

Do not order online from this company! I ordered items for a party and the items were not delivered for 6 days even after paying for express shipping! The items were not dispatched for 2 days after ordering and paying for express delivery. When I spoke to staff regarding the order they informed me that the item was out of stock when I purchased it and it would but it was ok as they just recieved there stock and had shipped my item and I should receive it on time and if I didn’t just refuse delivery and they would refund me when the item was returned. This was a lie. I did not receive products and their customer service refused to refund my money even though they have all products returned. Extreemly disrespectful emails from their customer service team and not what I was told over the phone by their staff. I also had to buy the products again from another shop in time for the party.

All in all no product and no refund. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

They've got a wide range of party decorations to choose from. I really enjoyed picking the items needed for my nephew's 4th birthday party. It's very easy to order from their website. The goods were delivered sooner than I had expected.

Full of party stuff for every special event. Lots of comical & scary items in the massive Halloween section. If can't visit instore, they provide an online store and post their products to you Australia wide with a reasonable delivery fee. Great service. Great range.

I came across Parties Online while looking for baby themed party products for a Baby Shower that I was throwing for a friend. I was able to order some balloons, napkins, baby plates, a banner and some hanging swirly decorations. The checkout service was easy and I received an order confirmation email soon after. A couple of days later I received another email letting me know that my order had been posted and so should be arriving in the mail in a couple of days. This store had heaps of other great themed party supplies for almost any occasion.
