The food is of high quality and is good value. There is a terrific selection of beers and wine, predominately Tasmanian. On Sunday in summer there is a blues band outside.

The service was efficient. We didn't have to wait long for our meal. The bread roll for the burger was particularly good.

Lovely atmosphere, garden setting, casual and relaxed. Delicious home cooking-v tasty Moroccan lamb and veg soup, good spanokipita, frittata-a little plain-needed relish on the side. Fabulous cakes. Good friendly service.

What an amazing find in New Norfolk. This cafe is in what was once a quaint little weatherboard church & the people that own it are absolutely beautiful. The coffee is really good & they have a good selection of slices, cakes, scones & savoury muffins. The cakes are so delicious that you almost feel quilty eating them....I said almost(hehehe) The garden is ever so inviting & there are tables outside so that you can enjoy it. I'll definately be going back for the good coffee, good food & good service. This place really is heavenly!

Fantastic. You feel bad eating the food because it just looks so good! The coffee actually tastes like coffee, which is becoming a rarity itself in cafes now days.
A great place to treat mum or dad with afternoon tea.

An amazing find in New Norfolk. The coffee is excellent and they have a considerable assortment of home made cakes that are to die for. The service is exceptional and very friendly even to our two boisterous labs offering treats and water. Great indoor comfort and outdoor dining, beautiful surrounds.

good old fashioned service...where the customer is important...The quick service and friendlyness ,right along with the arts, crafts trinkets in a historic building adds to the calming atmosphere....My favourite thing,. If more is possible...is the huge shadey tree that offers a nice cool spot to enjoy a iced coffee...when the outdoors is hot and stuffy

Called in to get a coffee whilst walking the dog. Very impressed by the food and service. In particular I love how dog friendly they are (e.g. free dog treats, water and space provided). The coffee was beautiful. Only criticism would be the lack of space to sit inside, but as we had the dog and were outside this did not effect us.

Visiting from NSW on the big island and had a pleasant morning tea and browse around the fabric and patchwork items.

Disappointed that my trust factor is only 10/100 when I have submitted personal details to put up this positive review.

I took my wife here for brunch as part of an anniversary surprise after receiving some pretty strong recommendations. Whilst brunch at a cafe is a reasonably standard event, I had a special request that I needed to have accommodated, so I fired off an email to see if they could help.

Being a public holiday, I didn't expect an immediate response, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Janine the same evening to help me organise what was required.

Because I was wishing to surprise my wife by having flowers pre-delivered to the Cafe, and then have them delivered to the table when we ordered, I needed to make sure that the staff were OK with this and that I wouldn't cause any inconvenience to staff or other patrons.

Janine was helpful and enthusiastic about the surprise, even recommending a local florist that she could walk to and pick up the flowers should they be unable to deliver.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Janine and Bernie and served some fantastic coffee and delicious toasted sandwiches. The atmosphere in the renovated chapel was amazing and it was an extremely relaxing environment. It was no surprise that they have a strong clientele of "regulars".

If you're in the area, I strongly recommend stopping in to the Patchwork Cafe.
