In this case we received instructions at 7.30pm on a Friday night, served the documents on Saturday afternoon after the Respondent gave us the run-around, and swore and hand-delivered the Affidavit of Service back to the Applicant on a Sunday ready for Court on Monday morning.

I would like to thank Jan for helping me serve documents on a tradie who had botched up a job and was evading his responsibilities my moving house and trading under another name at a different workplace. She persisted with her enquirers and managed to serve him, then personally delivered the sworn Affidavit to me at my house on a Sunday.
