I wish I could rate this place a BIG zero . No commitment with people plan . Have purchase a cake for a very special occasion and at the moment to pick up the staff informed they haven’t done the cake due to internal issues . They offered something totally different and refuse to refund the money also . I truly don’t recommend if you need to count on your plan and have your birthday or any occasion to be carried on by patrisons chase . Unprepared drugs and management ...

I love going here when I need to buy a good quality delicious cake. The chocolate Creme brûlée cake from Patisson's is my favourite. Their coffee and hot chocolate is quite good too.

Pattison's has a delightful and delectable range of cakes, tarts, patries and savouries. It never fails to bring a smile of satisfaction at the end of a dinner party whenever I bring along a dessert from Pattison's. However, price-wise Pattison's borders on the higher end of the scale.

The service is very average and the cakes/sweet treats are a little over priced, but the quality is amazing. They have the nicest desserts and cakes which are so filling and rich. Whenever I bring a cake from Pattisons, everyone loves it. The only con is the price which is slightly expensive and also people with gluten/soy/lactose intolerances have trouble eating parts of or all of the cake.

While Pattisons is very child and family friendly, the quality of the coffee is much to be desired. The desserts and pastries are very delectable, however it is easy to find similar quality products for a much lower price at other cafes. It seems Patttisons is aiming to cater to the higher end North Shore client, however at that price I'd expect much more in terms of quality and service.

I thought that the food is pretty expensive but it is great quality. Hot chocolates are given in a glass, and as I like my hot chocolate really hot, it was then impossible to hold - they should supply a mug with a handle at least.

Great service and fantastic variety of products, especially if you are after something special. The cupcakes are divine, especially the chocolate! Great refreshment break when you have been shopping at the Chase.

I went here about 10:30am on a weekday for a coffee and pastry, while I was waiting for someone. I got my pastry within 5 minutes of ordering, but over 20 minutes later, the person I was waiting for turned up and my coffee hadn't. The place was crowded busy, but not so busy that waiting for over 20 minutes for a coffee was acceptable, and there was no indication that this would be the case. The food on display looks delightful and appetising, but the place was crowded and noisy, and I ended up asking for a refund on my coffee, which I had no trouble getting fortunately.
