Had an occasion recently with the alarm on my car, not sure of the company to contact about this, bought my car from Paul Wakeling 9years ago, rang them for some information was a little worried, no need, spoke to Tania Phillips, she was so helpful, polite, kept me informed arranged a REP from the alarm company to see my car at Paul Wakeling very happy,

Buyung brand new car kia

This people in kia is full of BShit, they adviced that the brand new vehicle will arrived in December.
This BS sales lady name Kesha confirmed the new car has left the port from overseas and will arrived in December 2023 when I spoke to her in late September 2023.
Given that its now December, my wife checked in with them at their showroom at Blaxland and was told that the car will be another 6 months delay!!!!
They are just liars!
DO NOT BUY from this BS car dealer.

I was maintaining my services through Holden thinking they valued their customers, services are not up to standard especially for the prices they charge.

How to have nothing but disappointment - use Paul Wakeling
I am so pissed off to find what was supposed to be a brand new car had 475km on the clock. I was not suppo
sed to be receiving a demonstrator, this was meant to be my BRAND NEW CAR. [name redacted] is a liar, she says that she explained the car would be driven to deliver it. That is not true because neither my husband or myself would have agreed to that. There is nothing in writing to say we would receive a car someone had driven. I don't want that, I want a brand new car so I know how it has been driven. So then [name redacted] doesn't want to talk to me because she doesn't like my tone, I ask to speak to her supervisor but of course they don't bother to call me back. So I try again, they put me through to mitsubishi while it was still before 5pm, no one answers, then 5pm rolls around and you can't get onto anyone at the dealership anymore. They care nothing for customer satisfaction. Find somewhere else to buy your new cars, these people do not care. NOT GOOD ENOUGH PAUL WAKELING

I'm not here to bag out the sales side of things here, I'm here to bag out the service department. Took my car here for it's first service a few months back, dropped the car off at 8am because I needed it back by 4pm. Turned up at 4 and they had only just driven it in to have the service done. Waited until around 5.30pm to get my car back and then get charged an arm and a leg for the service which only involved an oil change. Now because I have problems with my car I have to keep going back there until the problem is fixed. I won't be getting my car serviced here in the future. I'll go to a mechanic.

Pretty poor quality cars, as well as terrible service and salesmen - often trying to put one past a customer. Prices can be found much lower, if you look around.

The used car we replaced our old one with is still going strong. We have had no trouble with them but their Servicing charges are very expensive. However that is part of the Warranty so you dont have much choice in the matter.

Went looking for new car on Sunday 3 April. Salesman was not too interested as we had a set budget and would not increase it. Lost interest in us and said he would ring tomorrow (4/4/11) with an alternative car and offer. To date (14/4/11) still have not heard from him!! Went to McGrath Liverpool, had great service and saved nearly $3,000 on the same car. Thank you Paul Wakeling for your non service you did us a big favour.

Do not buy a used car from them, they do not honor there warranty, I have a rear main leak & they refuse it fix it under warranty. Beware of these people, not to be trusted

They are very slack with warranty service, & charge an arm and a leg for there service out of warranty. They also are terrible with providing the warranty on there cars as per the comittment said in the manual. Not happy and will never by a used car off them ever again.

Not only are you guaranteed peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle this also continues with their Service department
