Great burgers and chips, a bit on the expensive side but worth the price. With a small chips at $3 and a large at $4 it is easy to over eat there, you have to be quite careful.

Fast, friendly and it's now a favourite! My first experience at Paul's tonight and wow this place is unreal! So delicious and beautiful atmosphere, especially taking a short stroll down to over look the water!! Will definitely go back!! It was just delicious!

Wow these burgers are the best in Sydney, Pauls have been around since I was a kid and remember my parents on a Saturday or Sunday lunch taking us there. The burgers are fresh and the line is always out the door but don't let that worry you as Paul's has got a great set up and before you know it you got your burger.
All Paul's burgers and rolls are served on a soft seeded bun, with standard fillings of fresh lettuce, tomato, raw onions and tomato sauce.

Optional fillings are: egg, bacon, cheese and pineapple

Optional Extras(at no extra charge) are: Beetroot, Cooked Onions and a selection of sauces such as BBQ, Sweet Chilli, Hot Chilli, Mustard and Paul's special sauce(garlic aioli)

All of the above fillings and optional extras can be used to create your own specific hamburger or roll.

Absolute best burger shop I have been to. Huge juicy burgers at fairly reasonably prices. I recommend the works burger with everything on it if your feeling extra hungry.

We drive from the Hornsby shire 2-3 times a year to eat here. I must say, they have the service down pat. The place is like a production line, churning out burgers and fries (etal) for the masses, and when you visit this place, you'll know what I mean by "masses". It's always jam packed with hungry diners, sometimes half way down the street, and rightfully so. The food is always fresh and abundant and the way they take your order is simply ingenious. I guess you don't stay in business for that long (over half a century..!) if you're not doing something right. And these people really do it right. It's simple, basic, efficient and quite delicious - no more, no less.

The mistake most people make is they listen to a person who grew up in the shire rave about Pauls and then they gets disappointed after hearing the amazing stories of how good it is.
A little history, Pails holds a special place in the hearts of people my Dads age. In the 70's everything used to close early especially on the weekend so when you left the city after a night out there was no drive through macas or dirty kebab shop, from the city to the shire there was only Pauls to get something to eat at night. Being the only place open it was where everyone went so it has this mythical reputation of being the best burgers in the world because at some point in their lives to many shire folk it was. It's sort of like Harry's cafe de wheels, very good quality food now but the legend most likely stated with some hung-over guy swearing “it was the best burger I ever had!!!”

Great hamburgers made from real beef! I love the texture of their patty and best of all, it has got a lot of flavor. My favorite hamburger so far. Great customer service too. :)

Great burgers with real ingredients that you can actually recognize. Staff are always really friendly. Highly recommended.
