I recently bought a Gaming Keyboard for my son. Within weeks it started giving problems, so I returned it for testing. After several calls/emails, they accepted that their is a fault. They proceeded to refund the money– however only gave a partial refund (minus original shipping costs). So now I am out-of-pocket for $17, with no product in hand, because they only refunded $49 (product cost) and not what I had paid ($66 including shipping). When I questioned them, they asked me to contact the ACCC to resolve my issues since I was unhappy with the partial refund. So potential buyers beware, you may only get a partial refund – even when it is a product fault and you are still under Warranty. How is that fair? I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC against PC Gear and their policy.

Great place to shop. If your looking for anything pc related these are the guys to go to. very user friendly website with easy navigation, everything is categorized. Newest products with a great range of brands, they don't have layby but if you choose direct deposit you can pay it off they just keep adding what you put in to your bill and when the full amount is received they ship the item. I have built a very high end gaming pc with all parts coming from pc case gear and for the most part i have had no issues but even if i did they are really helpful and solve any problem that arises.

The kings of PC gear in Australia, they have nearly everything PC related at great prices, their website is brilliant and easy to order from and postage is great from them to.

What makes this PC store stand out? 1) Range. 2) Prices.

The range it offers for the more enthusiastic pc gamer/modder is better than most, and the prices are usually the same or just slightly higher than competition.

There is no traditional "retail store" with products on display, just a desk where you order.

The business model is a little different than most. They are primarily an online business (delivery) but they do offer pickup for orders made online, and many people do this. Additionally, if you need to you can rock up and place your order on the computer there, and then give the staff your order number. Strange, but it works.

Highly recommended, one of the best in the South East.

Im giveing PC Case Gear 5 out of 5. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We ordered, my Lian Li computer case in and they got the one I wanted for me as they didn't stock it normally.

We found them without a problem and traveled from Bendigo, on ringing them to ask the time they closed we would have been a little late, they stayed open just for us, well not open to the public, we just had to knock and the guy let us in, he even kept the computers on so I could pay with my card, How cool was that?

There was parking inside the gate, they will take cards and we picked up from the showroom.

Take plenty of money tho, because there was HEAPS of other showrooms around there for clothing, computers, handbags and shoes, all brand names that had Sale's signs out on the day.

Extremely easy to find. Has a variety of parts for your computer. Only downside is that it is online only.
