Project Completed On-Time

Our company recently engaged PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions to design and deploy a Wireless connection between our 2 business locations to allow the addition of another office. They arranged the entire job, ensuring all OHS requirements were met for our site.

During the installation, we also upgraded our internet to 100/100 after they performed a cost analysis of our existing services and found that we could get a faster connection for a nominal additional fee.

My wife is no longer loathing our "Network Cupboard" after it was upgraded to a Data Rack, now all the obsolete wiring has been removed and it is tidy up has been completed she is happy.

We're looking forward to working with the guys to build a link to our home in the hinterland.

The team at PCFIXIT has been providing IT Support to our tank company since 2008, we recently completed an office relocation and they ensured that we had no time down with our move, they ensured the move was seamless, organising trades, relocating services and ensuring they were on hand to ensure everything was operational prior to Monday morning.

Tim is a great guy with excellent pc knowledge. I had ransomware on my computer and Tim was able to save alot of my files and did a great job fixing my pc. They are not a rip off unlike a lot of other computer businesses. Highly recommended!

I dropped in my PC because it wasn't turning on, and they completely replaced the hard drive. Now my computer is probably10x faster than it was before. It turns on quickly, loads quickly, and does everything well. I also appreciate that they downloaded some antivirus software and updated everything. They also managed to keep all of my files. :)
The only small negatives are that they didn't clean it, and didn't fix the broken hinge cover, but it was mostly very good.

The Hinge Cover was broken when the machine came in, we weren't aware that you required it to be repaired/replaced during your service. We can easily arrange that if you can provide your Service Tag from your laptop to allow us to determine if we can source the replacement cover for you.

Extremely professional and friendly service. Tim went above and beyond to fix my HP laptop. Communication was excellent. Tim also provided me with lots of advice on software - which had nothing to do with this particular problem. I would very highly recommend PCFIXIT.

I arrived in Surfers for a conference only to find my laptop screen had died. PC Fixit did some diagnosis over the phone then came to my hotel and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with the prompt service I received, the depth of knowledge and skills of the technician, and the very reasonable price I received. An absolute lifesaver and I would recommend highly.
