Pearly Mates were amazing. They were so patient and kind and understood how devastating it was to lose part of our family. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our family has used Pearly Mates for our 3 beautiful dogs in the past 18months and I’d have to say each time has been a very good experience for us during those difficult times. Jonathan was very prompt in keeping us updated as to where our loved ones were and explained the process thoroughly with so much empathy for our loss. (He seemed just as sad for our loss as we were).

When we received each of our dogs back they were all very well presented with so much dignity, the finished work on the mantel box for our Madigan was perfect! And the scatter tins for Hunnee and Keeki were perfect for mum. I have bought one of each of the necklaces and they are beautiful great quality and all the pieces mean so much to our family! From the bottom of our broken hearts Thankyou Jonathan for such great service everytime!
Will definitely recommend you to all our family and friends as your personalised and heart felt service is well above and beyond!

I have had nothing but issues with trying to get my pets ashes returned, unanswered phone calls, promising to ring or email and not followed through and 2.5 weeks to get her back.

I don't care who my vet uses, if I ever unfortunately have to put my pet to sleep, I will not be using this service as it has been terrible.

We received our Patch’s ashes today. Wasn’t expecting that being a Sunday, just goes to show the above & beyond service by Pearly Mates. Having the reassurance of a certificate and a little beautiful vial containing a clipping of his hair to treasure is so very special. Thankyou Pearly Mates for taking such good care of our boy.

Pearly mates were fantastic. They made a special pick up for our boy. It took 2 weeks for ashes delivery but that was also due to it being Easter in the middle. Presentation and certificate are great. Only issue was they got our address wrong for delivery of the ashes so and went next door and made it a bit awkward. Great price and helped us in our time in need.

Pearly mates have done two of my babies (cat & dog). Jonathans work is flawless, as a pensioner the prices are more than reasonable and his care and empathy with owners cherished pets is honourable. Choices of urns, jewellery etc are excellent and beautiful. Plagues and inscriptions are also top quality as is the cylinder necklace i received. I'll never use anyone else.
Could not recommend his business highly enough and could never fully thank him and his team for the heartfelt work they do in such a difficult time for grieving owners.
I knew my Pisces was always in the best of care when with pearly mates after he was so understanding last year with my cat.
Don't think twice, this business is 100% professional and respectful from start to finish.

I lost my baby kitty nala who was 17 years old a few years ago due to a dog attack and as you can imagine i was a total mess and very upset by what happend and seeing it happen made me even more upset. I got told to give pearly mates a call and when i rang jon he was so caring and spoke to me on the phone for awhile helping me cope with what happend.he did a fantastic job with picking her up from the vet for me and everything. She now sits next to my bed in a lovely urn and also the same with my sweatpea who passed 2 years after nala and pearly mates helped with her aswell. I highly recommend them and cant thank them enough for what they did. You are truly amazing.
