Couldn't get any work performed! I rang the customer service number so many times, and each time I either got a 'leave your name, phone contact and model number' or 'our voice mailbox is full, call again later' message. I've been calling them since 17 January 2009. Finally an answer - they were taker over by administrators on Jan 27 2009.

We purchased a DVD Recorder from Aldi 17.5.08 - had it a few days and it would not work .. rang service number on Warranty card a number of times and NO response. Finally complained to Aldi H/O and sent machine to Pebbles Brisbane 12.8.09 (Yes took that long) -Following many phone calls and complaints to Aldi H/O received unit back 5.11.08 but still did not work - returned to Pebbles 7.11.08 .. despite phone calls it has not come back ... since 17.5.08 I have paid $399.00 for a DVD that I have never been able to use .... would be very cautious to buy any other electrical appliance from Aldi

I had my Conia DVD recorder in for a warranty, they had it for 2 months..I rang and rang and rang, only to receive an answering service, that NEVER replied...I e-mailed several times, only to get a short sharp reply that they were looking into it..It was only when i complained to the eBay person we bought the product from, who bulk buys, that we had any response..NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE....Actually there was NO customer service...Finally received my DVD recorder back, only to find scratches all over it...NOT HAPPY, but could not see the point in complaining to an answering machine that never responds to messages.. WARNING>>BEWARE... I will never buy CONIA or use Pebbles Electronics again..

I am still waiting for it to actually happen. I have a plasma that is under warranty, I had to drive it into the agent in Perth, because they do not service my area. It sat there for three weeks without anything happening at all, then parts were finally ordered (the store had stock take in between and did not tell me prior) I demanded my plasma to be repaired as per the warranty and in a timely manner. This company (Perth Digital) blamed Pebbles. I tried for three days to be able to contact anyone at Pebbles across any of their sites to no avail - not one telephone number I had from their website would answer. I eventually sent them an email advising them of how disgusted I was with their service and demanding the situation to be rectified immediately or I would take the matter further, one of their staff actually called me then and advised me that I would receive a replacement Plasma within two weeks, which would be sent to Pebbles agent where my old Plasma is.... I am still waiting and the agent has no clue what is going on, has not been advised of the replacement plasma.... Consumer affairs & A Current Affairs is my next stop, I am so fed up with being treated like a fool or fobbed off.
