I had my 10 year old daughter signed up for a week of intensive training (learn to swim level 3) in early January. She had a great time and improved immensely in that short time. I also thoroughly enjoyed myself, as the coaches were all so friendly towards both students and parents and they tried their best to remember everyone's name. A great friendly, family atmosphere (complete with toys for the little ones to play with while big sister was having her lesson) and you can tell that the kids in the pool were loving it too. Extra bonus - shade for spectators to sit under! I'm about to sign my daughter up for weekly lessons.

Couldn't get any work performed! I rang the customer service number so many times, and each time I either got a 'leave your name, phone contact and model number' or 'our voice mailbox is full, call again later' message. I've been calling them since 17 January 2009. Finally an answer - they were taker over by administrators on Jan 27 2009.
