Took a car to him for a job that we were told would take 3 days
5 weeks latter the car still isn't finished and he is trying to charge for work that we were never asked to approve

More unfolding events with this repairer. Approximately three weeks later our car broke down. Having taken it to a different mechanic they established water was filling up the gearbox from the radiator suggesting the radiator had been damaged from the service Percy Zinn carried out. I had to pay an additional 1100 dollars to replace the radiator plus towing costs. The transmission was 8 months old after having been reconditioned and was destroyed with water. 3500 dollars damage. Currently taking action against Percy Zinn automotive repairs. Keep away from this repairer. Has no customer service and poor quality care when it comes to automotive repairs
