Purchased Vittoria CORSA N.EXT tyres as very unhappy with wear and puncture resistance of Continental GP5000's. Some research led me to Performance Bicycle as supplier and after excellent service over phone purchased on web as it happens at a great sale price. Now fitted these 30c tyres fit perfectly on the rims, look great and were super easy to fit without needing tyre levers. Very impressed with service, price and delivery time. Well done to all.

You order online, they take your money, they don't inform you that they don't have an item. You pay $10 for delivery of one item, and if you don't like it, you pay $25 for a return courier. What's the point of shopping from you online?

I'd been driving past the store on my way to work for a few weeks and decided to check it out and I'm very glad I did that day.
I took my bike in for a wheel repair first, and Steve set to work with expert care and advice replacing the broken spoke and fixing the buckle quickly. Each time I've visited the store since Steve and Craig have always had fantastic advice and great customer service and gone the extra mile to ensure I've gotten the best fit for my needs and they always take time to talk to me.
Steve completely rebuilt the rear wheel on my hybrid when I mangled it in an escalator.
Steve also recommended fantastic bullet-proof tyres to stop me getting punctures all the time and I haven't had one since!
Craig went to great lengths to ensure I had an amazing fit on a brand new Carbon Frame road bike so I would have a perfect riding experience just right for me.
I highly recommend the store, please check them out.

Steve has been the first bike shop that I know of in Hughesdale and that got me interested from the start. He is well placed near a bike track that joins the Garniner's Creek Trail, the Hughesdale Railway station and the Rosstown Rail Trail. He looked after my wife's bike in a very timely and caring fashion as well as being very competitive in price. I have also traded up to a new velocipede, a new Avanti, and I am so happy with the advice and service arrangements for it. Steve's Riding Way is now my bikeshop! Give it a try!

After a mishap on my morning commute, I popped into Riding Way on advice from a friend.

I needed a few repairs done and a fair bit of service work as my bike has been missing a bit of TLC.

Steve was very friendly and informative of what he needed to do and how long it might take. After sorting out the mishap which included a wheel that needed truing as well as a new tyre and tube, I also got a whole component clean, tuning, cables and bar tape, among other things

Steve ended up getting the bike ready earlier than expected and all at a more than fair price.

The service was fantastic and the store has everything that you need.
Both my friend and I brought our bikes in to get them fixed and never have I been so pleased with the result once Steve had fixed them up.
