The crew were very helpful they looked after me on price and accessories on the purchase of my new mountain bike

Being local to the area my wife and i was more then happy to shop locally and even more delighted when we where meet with super friendly and outstanding service. It was such a wonderful experience to meet someone who cared more about selling us the right product to meet our needs then making the "BIG" sale.
This level of knowledge, experience and quality of service coupled with friendliness, passion and respect left us feeling valued, informed and confident we made the right choice of bike. We will be back for all our biking needs in the future.

I'd been driving past the store on my way to work for a few weeks and decided to check it out and I'm very glad I did that day.
I took my bike in for a wheel repair first, and Steve set to work with expert care and advice replacing the broken spoke and fixing the buckle quickly. Each time I've visited the store since Steve and Craig have always had fantastic advice and great customer service and gone the extra mile to ensure I've gotten the best fit for my needs and they always take time to talk to me.
Steve completely rebuilt the rear wheel on my hybrid when I mangled it in an escalator.
Steve also recommended fantastic bullet-proof tyres to stop me getting punctures all the time and I haven't had one since!
Craig went to great lengths to ensure I had an amazing fit on a brand new Carbon Frame road bike so I would have a perfect riding experience just right for me.
