Met Steve when Riding Way just opened (previous location). At the time I just started riding again after 15+ years not riding. Steve was extremely helpful when I asked him those cycling 101 questions. He serviced my bike, and he gave me wonderful tips on the best/most efficient way to maintain my bike.

What a great local bike shop. Steve was very helpful when the recommended bike frame for our daughter turned out to be too big and swapped it for a smaller frame no questions asked. He even organised a group kids lesson on Boxing Day so they could all learn how to ride their Christmas presents. He helped our daughter gain the confidence needed to be able to ride on her own in one short hour. Great customer service, highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

I purchased a new bike from Riding Way last week and the service I received was impeccable! The bike had to be ordered in from the warehouse but the turnaround time was very impressive, the bike was in store within 1.5 days! Steve was incredibly friendly and inviting and he had my new bike all set up and ready for the first ride upon arrival to pick up. Overall, very impressed! I recommend going to Riding Way for all your riding needs.

Nice to still be able to support a small independent bike shop these days and Steve is great to deal with. He is certainly very keen to ensure the after sales experience is 110% reminding me of the first free service and willingness to help with any issues in the first 12 months. Click and collect was very handy and pickup from the shop all went smoothly.

I took my bmx race bike in to change the parts over to a new frame and add some new parts. Being my first time dealing with Steve i must say it was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. After dealing with another shop for years, I can honestly say that i have now found my new shop to take care of all my bike problems. Look forward to dealing with him again very soon.

Fitted in a service to the Alifine gearbox on my e-bike with little notice and did a great job, fully stripped it down and now runs really smoothly. Great price and great service. Highly recommend :-)
