Emailed this company with rough measurement of window for a rough price on roller shutter. Happy with price so emailed asking them to come out to "measure and quote". Chap made a time with my husband and told him that he needed to complete paperwork and payment as I had given the go ahead on the job. I came home in the middle of this and said no we just wanted a quote sorry if I have misled you. he replied with "yes actually you have misled me and I could have done all this over the phone. Not sure how you measure up over the phone. I checked back on my emails when he left and nope I definitely said measure and quote. Chap had a stroppy attitude, even his ringtone on his phone was a recorded voice saying "your phone is ringing shall I tell them to f*** off?" Pretty much sums up the experience...
