Old toilet removed & taken away, new back-to-wall toilet brought & installed. Callum was very polite - helped me choose the best toilet to fit an awkward position, did a neat job, which included some minor re-tiling - a clean, tidy workman.
Also, Lachlan, the lad who came with him to measure & quote, was the politest teenager I have met.

What a fantastic tradie experience! We had a problem with our shower which meant that we couldn't turn the hot water tap off and it was scalding. Of course this happened late sunday night but when we called Peter Beard first thing on monday the team was here in less than 45 mins! The boys were polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with!! They even offered to remove their boots before coming in the house! I'd be happy to recommend this team of plumbers to everyone out there!

Peter was very prompt. Came on a Saturday afternoon. We had a leak which we thought was in a wall. Peter checked all the obvious things and then said sorry, i think it is in behind the brick wall. After removing bricks, he found the leak. Had to dig in the concrete slab to get at it and fix it. Did a great job and the site cleaner than we he arrived. Very knowledgable tradesperson and really nice fella.

Customer service of this calibre is a rarity. Our gas hot water stopped working over the weekend and I found Peter on this website. From the outset Peter was fantastic. He got me to try a couple of things to prevent an emergency callout fee unnecessarily.

Nothing could be done during the weekend but first thing this morning Peter called to advise me he made phone calls for advice. He said he would send someone at 10am and right on time Callum arrived. The professionalism of both Peter and Callum was impeccable. I have already passed Peter's number onto family members.
