I've moved many times in my life, and this was definitely the best move I've ever had. From my first dealings with them on the phone to organise the move, I felt relaxed and confident.

The Guys ( I feel bad as I can't remember their names ) were incredibly professional and great workers. They didn't stop once during the 2.5 hr move. They took great care with my belongings and went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly protected and covered as they placed it in my storage shed.

They arrived to the minute on time, completed the job swiftly but with caution; no issue with damage or marks to the dwelling or my items even thought they had to navigate a tricky set of stairs. The crew assigned to the task were friendly and cordial and even returned to collect one item I had missed.

Moving furniture from its floor apartment into mezzanine storage unit. Not a huge jib compared to some removals but it was very tricky in parts. The guys were very professional, polite and hard-working. This meant less stress for me at a very busy, stressful time. Good job guys!

I had booked Peter Sadler Removals to move house for us. The guy in charge on the day was pretty rude. I had just bought a new table and chairs and when they were delivered at the other end, 2 of my 8 chairs had been badly damaged. This was not pointed out to me, I was left to discover the damage. I had taken out their insurance, but basically it's not worth the paper it's written on. A long drawn out saga proceeded and in the end was told that I could take the matter to VCAT, but the chances of getting proper compensation were fairly slim. I have to say that the management were the some of the rudest people I have ever come across ( actually quite threatening) and I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone moving their possessions. I was totally disgusted with this company.

From the process of the quoting the staff were amazing. I was a little apprehensive as I had never heard of Sadlers before but when I spoke to them on the phone they made me very comfortable about the process. The boys on the day were amazing, well presented and worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions. You often hear horror stories about removalists but these guys were incredible from start to finish. I would have no problem recommending Peter Sadler Removals.

Peter Sadler Transport have moved our family twice now. Both times the service was great, the move was done quickly, no breakages and pleasant fellas getting the work done.
Will not use anyone else to move!
