I had a wonderful experience!! I was assisted by Jessica, the Ass.Manager. She answered all my questions as I was thinking of getting my 16mo a guinea pig for Christmas. She put me right as ease and even helped me to get everything we needed and put it on lay-by for me!! She even held the guinea pig I fell in love with until Christmas (4 weeks away) she explained everything clearly and was very helpful and friendly! Very excited now to pick up our new pet from "Santa" on Xmas eve!!

I'm a regular at this store. I have found that the female staff at this store are not at all helpful, there is one girl in particular who has never offered to help me at all, she does not greet customers and she just stares at you when you enter the store; it's quite disconcerting. The male staff are brilliant however, willing to help with everything and very friendly. The store has a good range of products, especially for cats. My only issues with the store are, like I mentioned, the women who "work" there, and they do not restock very often, so sometimes you may have to go a while before they have the item you need.

I had the opposite experience of the last poster. I walked into the store and neither of the two ladies at the register, who were doing nothing, looked up and greeted me. Nor did they ask if I needed any help. I unfortunately had to "bother" them and ask a question. I was surprised I lived to tell the tale. I got what I needed and got out of there! Would only return on necessity.

To me customer service is the most important aspect of buying something, and the customer service here was excellent. The staff were extremely happy & helpful, and the manager was more than willing to answer my silly little questions. I have already recommended this store to my friends.
